However, the good times that ended at the Cerro Baúl had been around 950 years ago or a bit more. During this moment, this Wari state had about fully disintegrated, probably due to the civil war. Through the collapse of the state, they abandoned loads of sites such as the previously very significant ceremonial and ritual place of the Pikillaqta near the modern day Cusco. This seems that they also shattered a variety of their personal buildings and their outposts, but the cause of these are also not yet known.

The Oldest Bottle of the Beer from around the world has been recovered from the Shipwreck inspired recreation of the Historic Brew.

In Pikillaqta, outside the Cusco, the Wari had been there even before the Inca.

The Cerro Baúl was seemingly one of the final strongholds of this Wari. After the final evening of the festivities, the brewery had been deliberately destroyed by fire into the ground. This appeared that the local notables toss the drinking vessels and jewelries into the flames and this can have been the part of a leaving behind the ceremony.

The blackened damages of the breweries were later then buried under the mound of the earth and the sand so that these would not be able to reuse again. The fact that these breweries were one of those final buildings that possibly wrecked by the Wari being their Empire collapsed indicated that the significance of ‘beer diplomacy’ up to this civilization.
